Meet the Founder

Hiba Khayata

Hiba Khayata is an ICF-accredited Holistic Career & Life Coach, Licensed NCDA Instructor, and Global Career Development Facilitator (CCE), with over 15 years of experience across the private sector, government, and higher education.

Throughout her career, she has empowered professionals, educators, students, and organizations through coaching, leadership development, and career readiness initiatives. Her holistic approach integrates personal growth with professional success, enabling individuals to make confident career decisions and achieve long-term fulfillment.

Driven by a passion for empowering women, Hiba founded ElevateHER, an initiative dedicated to supporting women through different stages of their personal and professional journeys. She works closely with women navigating career transitions, returning to the workforce after maternity or career breaks, stepping into leadership roles, and rebuilding their confidence to achieve sustainable career growth.

As a licensed instructor for the NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Program, Hiba continues to prepare career professionals through internationally recognized training and certification programs that meet global standards. Through coaching, workshops, and corporate partnerships, she remains committed to creating inclusive workplaces and helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.
