NCDA Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training

Established in 1913, the National Career Development Association (NCDA) is a leading provider of professional development in the career field. With a nationwide network of expert instructors, NCDA has trained over 25,000 Career Services Providers and Facilitators for both national and international certification.

The NCDA Facilitating Career Development Training and Certification Program is designed to enhance the skills and expertise of your HR, L&D, and people-development teams. Graduates of this comprehensive program are eligible to apply for the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential   an industry-recognized, competency-based certification.

This program offers a strong foundation in career development, covering all 12 core competencies. Participants benefit from hands-on, interactive training methods, gaining opportunities to collaborate with peers, build new skills, and refine existing ones critical to their professional practice.

Course Deliverables

  • 120 hours of study/instruction, interactive discussion, assignments, and assessments, culminating in certification as a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) or Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).
  • A Certificate of Completion from NCDA recognizing training in Facilitating Career Development, plus eligibility to apply for the CCSP credential.
